What I Do

My goal is to help researchers and organizations tell their own data stories.I work with messy, real-world data by building reproducible workflows, preparing datasets for machine learning, and creating visualizations that turn complex data into meaningful insights.

Services I Offer

  • Data cleaning and preparation

  • Dataset construction and labeling for machine learning

  • Reproducible workflows and reporting (R, Python, Quarto)

  • Data analysis and visualization

  • Model evaluation and interpretation

  • Data management plans, anonymization, and ethical data sharing

My Experience

10+ years supporting data-intensive research across academic and industry settings, primarily in STEM domains. With a background in chemistry and information science, I'm grounded in both the logic of data and the human contexts that give it meaning.I work across the AI research lifecycle, designing reproducible workflows and helping researchers understand how their choices shape model outputs.I advise on data management, FAIR principles, anonymization, and ethical data sharing to support sustainable dataset reuse.Contributor to the Computing and Research Computing Consortium (CaRCC) and the Research Data Access and Preservation Association (RDAP), focusing on AI facilitation and research data practices.

My Research

My current research examines how information spreads through a social network.I use cascade metrics to analyze structure, visibility, and amplification in a large reblog network.
